Meet Our Staff

Michelle Dyan Teague

President, The Interpreter Network

Michelle began interpreting in 1998 and founded TIN in 2006. She holds a current North Carolina Interpreter and Transliterator Licensing Board (NCITLB) license, as well as RID CI and RID CT certifications. Her hands-on experience in the field shapes how she leads the organization today — giving her perspective from many angles and helping her approach decisions with fairness, efficiency, and deep respect for everyone involved. Her Christian values guide how TIN operates, from supporting interpreters and scheduling ethically to billing fairly and transparently.

She is involved in nearly every part of TIN’s daily work, both front-facing and behind the scenes. She values open communication and wants people to feel comfortable reaching out, asking questions, and sharing what they need so the team can work together with clarity and trust.

Her family is the heart of her life. She is grateful for her amazing husband — truly her perfect gift from God — and their two beautiful children, Bailey and Hayden, who make her heart smile every day. They ground her, motivate her, and often teach her through the way they carry themselves and live out their faith daily. Outside of work, she loves reading, enjoying girls’ nights, and spending time with her family.
